The Superchip XPD913 chip has the following features for interface configuration and multi-port operation mode:
Interface Configuration
- 2A1C interface: Superchip XPD913 chip is adapted to the 2A1C interface configuration, in which the output voltage range of C port is 3.3V to 21V, which can provide a maximum output power of 100W; A port through the synchronous switching step-down controller output, the output voltage range is 3.6V to 20V, which can provide a maximum output power of 45W.
Multi-Port Operation Mode
- Single-port independent operation: In single-port independent operation, both A and C ports can maintain the fast charging function. For example, when only one device is connected to the C port, the C port can automatically adjust the output voltage and current according to the fast charging protocol supported by the device to provide fast charging for the device.
- Output from port A when port C is working: When port C is working on fast charging, port A can output 5V, while port C still maintains the fast charging status. This design makes the C port for such as notebook computers and other high-power devices for fast charging at the same time, the A port can also provide regular charging for other devices such as cell phones, headphones and other small-current devices, to meet the needs of multi-device charging at the same time.
- Multi-device compatibility: The chip supports charging of various types and specifications of low-current devices, including smart watches, remote controls, sensors, headphones, etc., which greatly improves the charging flexibility and compatibility of the devices, and can be well adapted to the charging needs of a variety of IoT devices.
