Weyland reserves the right to change the terms of these Terms of Use without notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to the charges. Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers), included within or available via a link from the Site or participati on in promotions, including the delivery of and payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. Weyland is not responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

Prohibited User Conduct

You are prohibited from the compromising security or tampering with system resources and/or accounts related to the Site. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing manually or through programs, cracking tools, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that violates any laws, infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, or interferes with the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Weyland to disclose the identity of anyone violating the security of the Site or these Terms of Use.

Temporary Halt of Services

The Site may stop providing services temporarily without prior notice to members when the incidents have occurred，such as an emergency or regular maintenance of facilities for providing our services; a fire and power outage a disaster such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, tsunami, epidemics, etc. We take no responsibility for any damages which may be caused to members or any third parties by delay or temporary interruption of services due to a reason described in the previous paragraph or any other reasons that may arise.

Order Validation and Acceptance

We will deliver the products you want immediately the following simple Steps: Create Your Shopping Cart → Check Out → Shipping Options → Payment Options → Order Submission → Order Confirmation → Delivery.

Changes or cancels order

Most bookings made at Weyland are final. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service representatives to change the order details, such as delivery destination, splitting delivery, changing the delivery time and designating a consolidated shipment for multiple orders. 
  If you register an order on the website, the order will be entered when we send the notification e-mail about the order acceptance of order.
Please be forewarned that orders cannot be canceled after the entry.

Shipping

Customers can choose industry-leading freight companies, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, at check-out. You can select whether to charge the customer's shipping account or to Weyland's shipping account by paying the prefixed cost at the time of order. All relevant shipping and tracking information, including airway bill numbers, is provided automatically upon shipment of each purchase.

Payment

The payment method can be chosen from the two methods shown below:
TT in advance (bank transfer), PayPal.

Handling Charge

The handling charge is based on the exact amount of the order placed.

Costs that may be incurred for order cancellation

a. Orders are paid by wire transfer Different banks will charge a certain percentage of handling fees when refunding. The customer is responsible for paying the possible charges the cost of wire fees or exchange rates. We recommend that confirm the order information with us in advance before making a large bank transfers.  
 b.Orders pay PayPal or Credit Card There may be a processing fees when refunding. However, we recommend that customers pay in U.S. dollars first. Cause payments in Euros and other currencies may result in refund losses due to exchange rate differences. Customer is responsible for paying the possible charges the currencies transactions fee.  
 c. Orders are paid by electronic check, using credit card Different banks will charge a certain percentage of handling fees when refunding. The customer is responsible for paying the possible charges the international transactions fee . We recommend that customers directly pay the order by credit card, do not using the echeck tunnel.

About the return policy

If we deliver a faulty product, we will accept a replacement or return only if all of the following conditions are met.  
 1.In the case of insufficient quantities, wrongly delivered items in the package, apparent external defects (breakage, rust, etc.)  
 2.Please notify us within 30 days after the product is delivered.  
 3.The product has not been used and is only in the original unpackaged packaging.  
 *Acceptance of the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.

Force Majeure

Weyland will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Governmental priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions Weyland's time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or Weyland may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof, without liability, by giving notice to you.  

Export Terms of Use

The products sold by Weyland and its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, "Weyland Group Limited") are not intended for, and by them you agree that they will not be used in, life support systems, human implantation, nuclear facilities or systems or any other application where product failure could lead to loss of life or catastrophic property damage. You agree that these products will not be used in, life support systems, human implantation, nuclear facilities or systems or any other application where product failure could lead to loss of life or catastrophic property damage. Buyer certifies that it will be the recipient of Products to be delivered by Seller. Buyer acknowledges that the Products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries , including the Export Administration Laws and Regulations of the United States. Buyer agrees to comply strictly with all U.S. export laws and is solely responsible for obtaining such export or re-export licenses as may be required, and acknowledges that it shall not export any products, directly or indirectly, to any country where such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Products sold by Seller are not designed, intended or authorized for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear, or other applications in which the failure of such Products could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage. If you breach this agreement, you agree to indemnify Weyland for and hold our harmless against any loss, cost or damage to Weyland which arises or results from such breach.  
 (1)Buyer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Buyer's sole risk;  
 (2)Buyer agrees that Seller and the manufacturer of the Products are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use;  
 (3)Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller and the manufacturer of the Products harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
