In the mid-1990s, Taiwan's largest capacitor manufacturer, Zhibao, and Taiwan's largest inductor manufacturer, Qilixin, successively joined Guagui Group. Combined with the existing channels and logistics system of Guagui Group, the global market share of Guagui Group's products increased rapidly, and the global passive component market share will exceed 10% in 2000. In 1993, Kuagui was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange with a capital of NT $400 million, which was the first passive component company listed in Taiwan. After six years, Kuagui has become an international enterprise with a capital of NT $11.6 billion and a global production and marketing network.
